Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture:
Specialties: Cosmetic Acupuncture, Auto & Sports Injuries, Allergies, Women's Issues
Traditional Chinese internal medicine is the basis of all specialties of Chinese medicine. Treatment in Traditional Chinese medicine is centered on the person rather than the disease. Signs and symptoms are pieced together and synthesized until a picture of the whole person appears. This piecing together is the very heart of the Chinese diagnostic process.

Medical QiGong Massage:
Medical QiGong Massage is a healing art which has been demonstrated to improve many chronic conditions. It can help keep us young and healthy. In China, there are what are called "QiGong hospitals" where only QiGong is practiced on patients and hundreds of articles have been published in Chinese literature about the hundreds of medical applications for this ancient healing art. Dr. Lucas trained with Master/Dr. Zhengao Yao who has been treating patients in the U.S. since 1993.
Reiki:
Dr. is trained in the Usui System of Natural Spiritual Healing. The energy behind the Reiki process is an invisible but palpable life-force energy, called Universal Life Energy, which infuses and permeates all living things. The traditional Reiki process is a method of connecting this Universal Life Energy with the body's innate powers of healing.
Reiki is both a hands-on and distant healing art. Treatments fuel the body's homeostatic mechanisms, revitalize cells, balance the energy of the body, and facilitate the clearing of mental and emotional issues. Treatments can be experienced in any setting because they do not involve disrobing or massage and Reiki energy is not blocked by casts, metal, or other materials. Reiki can also be used for cancer patients and others when massage is contraindicated.
Colorpuncture:
Colorpuncture is a system of light therapy based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. It is a systematic method of using colored lights applied to acupuncture points in order to facilitate the healthy exchange of information between the energies of the body and mind.
Acclerated Healing during Surgery:
Accelerated Healing during Surgery is about connecting with emotional, physical, and spiritual awareness of the peron having surgery. Before, during, and after surgery, it includes pain relief, anxiety reduction, and improving vital signs. Dr. Lucas was trained by Julie Motz, author of Hands of Life.
Axiatonal Alignment:
Axiatonal Alignment is a powerful energetic technique which pulls dysfuntion and stress out of the bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) replacing it with deep relaxation and healing. The axiatonal lines are described in the Keys of Enoch but were only known in the Far East until the 1980's. When cleared, the axiatonal lines allow our energies to return to perfect attunement with the Universe.

Workshops/Seminars:
Dr. Lucas is an accomplished speaker whose background gives her unique credibility in today's health care world. She has a doctorate degree in Research Psychology as well as licensure and advanced training in traditional (alternative) medicine therapies. She knows how to take information and present it in an easily understandable and enjoyable manner to audiences that range in size from 10 to over 300.
She began her speaking career in front of concerned citizens who were trying to stop theng of a nuclear power plant in the area in which she lived (they succeeded!). She was an expert debater when proponents of the plant or representatives of the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) challenged her group's position. She continued her speaking career in front of many hundreds of students - some of whom didn't want to hear what she had to say or who didn't want to work for the grade. Now, she enjoys speaking to people who are anxious to hear information on how to improve their health and/or overcome illness. One of her most popular presentations is to have participants do the meditation that is on her CD, QiGong Meditations for Life: Basic Maintenance with participants. Many say they haven't had a more profound relaxation experience.
Dr. ' Natural Guide to Healthier Breasts
Arezina, Matt and Arfin, Joanne
This experiential workshop is about learning how to release congested energies from our breast tissue and how to nurture our breasts. Breast discomfort, no matter how minor, should never be ignored or untreated. Even the breast tenderness we "accept" as a part of PMS is a sign of energy imbalances which can be corrected. In fact, problems like dysfunctional uterine bleeding, PMS, menopause symptoms, and endometriosis are all related to energy imbalances and can all be lessened or eliminated.
This fun workshop is designed to help you learn more about your breast health and its relation to the flow of Qi (Vital Energy) in your body. You will learn about the causes of Qi "stagnation", about meridians that flow through your breasts, and how to give yourself treatments to keep the Qi flowing smoothly. This workshop is offered in 90 minute, one day, and two days formats.
